16 Affirmations to Overcome Anxiety!

Over coming anxiety with affirmations is a great mental exercise in obtaining a Zen like focus, which can be used to control your body during or on the onset of a possible attack or anxious situation.

These positive affirmations are great and they really do help you to get through your day by keeping you positive and present.  Using affirmations is a kind of self-hypnosis and the trick is to repeat them over and over again.

I write my favorite positive affirmations for anxiety down in my diary just in case I forget them and I also make sure they are to hand when I know I’m going into a situation that could tip me over the edge.

  6. I release my hesitation and make room for victory!
  7. With a solid plan and a belief in myself, there’s nothing I can’t do
  8. With every breath, I release the anxiety within me and I become more and more calm
  9. The future is good. I look towards it with hope and happiness.
  10. Today I put my full trust in my inner guidance.
  11. I grow in strength with every forward step I take.
  12. I know that I can master anything if I do it enough times.
  13. Today I am willing to fail in order to succeed.
  14. Today I put my full trust in my inner guidance.
  15. I grow in strength with every forward step I take.
  16. I accept myself completely and deeply, without any reservations.
