More affirmations for anxiety

Negative thought processes can hinder your goals of improving your happiness and well being.  Thinking in a negative thought pattern will erode your sense of self and detract from any positivity in your life.  By choosing to combat negative thoughts you will facilitate your journey to a happier more balanced you!

Affirmations work by focusing the mind and by giving you the opportunity to effortlessly navigate the chaos that can be our daily lives.

Begin by taking deep breaths (which helps to calm the body and mind) and repeat your affirmation 5 times or as many times as you need to.  There is no hard and fast rule as to when and where you used them. I tend to use them in situations where I’m feeling a little anxious and need some thing to help calm me down.
